Remarks   This ID comprises multiple lock ups. The Prison Inspectors' reports refer too multiple lock ups in Norwich City but give little information about their location, etc.

'The former inconvenient and unsuitable places used as lock-ups have been discontinued, and others, under the town-hall and in connexion with the police station house, substitued, which, if they do not provide all the accommodation that might be wished, are at least a great improvement.'
