The window of one of the cells looks into the street, and the windows of the other cells look into a yard, surrounded by a low wall only, which a person might easily climb over ... The cells are warmed by open fires, the fires having iron guards; but one of the guards was loose and another broken. The ventilation is not good,. There is no bedding'
