Description

'I visted these lock-ups and found them tolerably clean. The stove used for the purpose of warming them is dangerous and exposes the building to accident from fire. I regret that the municipal authorities have not availed themselves of the convenitent site adjoing the town hall for the erection of a police station and lock-up.'
