Building Type Lock-Up
'This lock up consists of two small cells, each being 6 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 7 1/2 feet high. The cells are apparently dry, but there is no provision for warming them, and they have no windows. They are ventilated by holes in the doors. There is no accommodation for an officer to reside on the spot ... In each cell there was a kind of guard bed. The place was not very clean.'
