Remarks Leslie Brooke makes reference to a 'little stone structure which stands opposite the parish church at Ansty near Tisbury', and provides a sketch, in his 'West Country Lock-ups' published in 1985. However, Roy's blog claims that this building no longer seems to exist.
'...little stone structure which stands opposite the parish church at Ansty near Tisbury. Stone-built with a curious niche to the left of the door (could this have been the original window?) it has been rebuilt in recent years and the present circular window is a modern insert.'
